Sistem Notifikasi melalui SMS Gateway untuk Meningkatkan Kepatuhan Konsultasi Berobat pada Pasien Tuberculosis (TB) di Kota Padang: Systematic Review

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is a global problem, which until now no country has managed to be free from it. Even now, a new problem has emerged, namely the existence of Multi Drug Resistance (MDR TB). WHO reports that there are 480,000 new cases due to MDR TB. This study used a systematic review method with reference to the PRISMA 2009 protocol, where searches were conducted on 3 electronic databases, namely PubMed, SpingerLink, and ProQuest. Articles selected in accordance with predetermined inclusion criteria, including presented in English, documents arranged according to criteria (articles, original studies, report results, theses, theses, dissertations), articles can be downloaded in full or free of charge, Published 5 In the last year, the scope of publication or article category is the public health, health informatics, medicine, and other science sections. After systematic filtering, the final results of the 4 reviewed articles were obtained. The review results in 2 articles that benefited from using an SMS gateway, while 2 did not. These results need to be carried out further research and trials in each region. This tool is an innovation to reduce the risk of loss to follow-up in TB patients and support the implementation of the Ministry of Health's TOSS TB (Find TB, Treat Until Heal) program to carry out treatment until it recovers through treatment according to the consultation schedule that has been notified.

ABSTRAK

Tuberculosis (TB) adalah masalah global, hingga saat ini belum ada negara berhasil bebas dari masalah tersebut. Bahkan sekarang sudah muncul masalah baru yaitu adanya Multi Drug Resistence (MDR TB). Laporan WHO menyatakan bahwa ada 480.000 kasus baru karena MDR TB tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic review dengan mengacu pada protokol PRISMA 2009, dimana pencarian dilakukan pada 3 database elektronik yaitu PubMed, SpingerLink, dan ProQuest. Artikel yang terpilih sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi yang sudah ditetapkan, diantaranya artikel yang disajikan dalam bahasa inggris, dokumen yang dianggap sesuai kriteria (artikel, studi asli, hasil laporan, tesis, skripsi, disertasi), artikel bisa di download secara lengkap atau tidak berbayar, diterbitkan 5 tahun terakhir, ruang lingkup penerbitan atau kategori artikel yaitu bagian kesehatan masyarakat, informatika kesehatan, kedokteran, dan bagian ilmu lainnya. Setelah dilakukan filter secara sistematis maka didapatkan hasil akhir 4 artikel yang direview. Hasil review di dapatkan 2 artikel yang mendapatkan manfaat dari penggunaan SMS gateway, sedangkan 2 lagi tidak. Hasil ini perlu di lakukan penelitian lanjut dan uji coba di masing-masing daerah. Tools ini menjadi inovasi untuk mengurangi risiko loss to follow up pada pasien TB dan menjadi dukungan pelaksanaan program Kementerian Kesehatan TOSS TB (Temukan TB, Obati Sampai Sembuh) untuk melakukan pengobatan sampai sembuh melalui pengobatan sesuai jadwal konsultasitasi yang sudah diberitahukan.
