Skor Asam Amino dan Tingkat Kecukupan Zat Besi dengan Status Anemia pada Remaja Putri
Abstract
The problem that often occurs is iron nutrition anemia. The main factor that often causes anemia is deficiency of iron and protein. Therefore, this study aims to analyze amino acid scores and iron adequacy levels with iron nutritional anemia status in adolescent girls. This research was conducted from September 2019 to July 2020 at STIKes Baiturrahim Jambi. This study used a cross sectional study design. The research sample was a student of the Nutrition Science Study Program of STIKes Baiturrahim, Jambi, with a total sample of 43 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by interviewing techniques and measuring hemoglobin during the study. Amino Acid Score and iron adequacy level were obtained by interview using food recall on 2 x 24 hours. The data collected were analyzed by univariate and bivariate (chi-square test). The results showed that from 43 adolescent girls, it was found that AAS was fulfilled (79.1%), the level of iron sufficiency was sufficient (69.8%), and the hemoglobin level was normal (83.7%). There was a significant relationship between iron adequacy level and anemia status (p= 0.002). There was a significant relationship between AAS and anemia status in new nutrition science study program students (p= 0.000). It is hoped that adolescent girls eat foods that are high in iron and sufficient in essential amino acids so that they can prevent anemia.

ABSTRAK
Permasalahan remaja putri yang sering terjadi adalah anemia. Faktor utama yang sering menyebabkan kejadian anemia adalah kekurangan zat besi dan protein. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis skor asam amino dan tingkat kecukupan zat besi dengan status anemia pada remaja putri. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada September 2019 hingga Juli 2020, di STIKes Baiturrahim Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional study. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswi Program Studi Ilmu Gizi STIKes Baiturrahim Jambi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 43 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan pengukuran hemoglobin saat penelitian. Data skor asam amino dan tingkat kecukupan Fe diperoleh dengan wawancara menggunakan food recall 2 x 24 jam. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat (chi-square test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 43 remaja putri diketahui SAA terpenuhi (79,1%), tingkat kecukupan Fe tercukupi (69,8%), dan kadar hemoglobin normal (83,7%). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kecukupan Fe dengan status anemia (p=0.002). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara SAA dengan status anemia mahasiswi baru prodi ilmu gizi (p=0.000). Diharapkan kepada remaja putri untuk mengonsumsi makanan yang tinggi kandungan zat besi dan cukup akan asam amino essensial sehinga dapat mencegah kejadia anemia.
